Returns the index of an item's top-most parent item.

Deprecated - Provided for compatibility with earlier versions only - Use Item.TopParent instead

ItemIndex

The zero-based index of the item whose top-most parent item index is to be returned.

ParentIndex

Returns the zero-based index of the item's top-most parent item (which itself doesn't have a parent).  If the item doesn't have a parent, -1 is returned.

The TopParent property returns the index of an item's top-most parent item.

To find an item's immediate parent, use the Item.Parent property instead.
